A safe and confidential mixed gender discussion group where you can sort through feelings about your current partner / relationship

This group may be right for you if you want to:

  • clarify your values and identify priorities
  • take action and move through feeling stuck
  • better understand conflict in your relationship
  • learn ways to have difficult conversations
  • identify how you can make a difference

We provide an opportunity for you to articulate your desires and goals, gain insight into your part in the challenges of being in relationship, become more accepting of yourself and your partner, and make honest decisions and plans.

A group for women over 30 looking for an affirming space to talk about identifying as queer, questioning bi, lesbian, a woman who dates women...

This group may be right for you if you are considering how to:

  • understand and integrate your thoughts and beliefs about gender, sexuality, your public and private self
  • meet new people and integrate your communities (or not)
  • better cope with the challenges of negotiating relationships
  • build strong support systems and community
  • appreciate your sexual identity over time; how has it changed, is it fluid?

We offer an opportunity to explore feelings and ideas about your identity: your history, your choices, and your future. Become more accepting of yourself, identify allies, and find strength and resilience for moving forward.
